He has previously served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (2019–2020), and as a Senior Resident at A J Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Mangalore (2016–2019), where he completed his MCh in Plastic Surgery. His foundational training includes a Junior Residency in General Surgery at Father Muller Medical College (2013–2016), where he also earned his MS in General Surgery, and a Resident Doctor role at Shashirekha Hospital (2012–2013). Dr. Prajwal began his medical journey with an MBBS from K S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore.
